Pacific Pathways Speech Therapy is a growing pediatric private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care. We believe in creating a supportive environment where both our clients and clinicians can thrive.

We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our practice continues to expand.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide direct speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP

  2. Implement individualized treatment plans

  3. Document client progress and complete daily treatment notes

  4. Collaborate with supervising SLPs and caregivers

  5. Prepare therapy materials and maintain a positive therapy environment

  6. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and California SLPA regulations

  7. Clinical Population

Clinical Population

Work with pediatric clients presenting with:

  1. Speech sound disorders

  2. Language delays and disorders

  3. Early intervention

  4. Autism spectrum disorder

  5. Gestalt Language Processing

  6. Fluency disorders

  7. Social communication differences

  8. AAC users

Qualifications

  1. Current California SLPA License

  2. Strong communication and organizational skills

  3. Passion for working with children and families

  4. Pediatric experience preferred but not required

  5. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
