Speech-Language Pathologist | Bilingual Spanish/English

Pacific Pathways Speech Therapy is seeking an experienced bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Rancho Mirage clinic!

Minimum Qualifications:

— ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from an accredited program

— 3+ years of clinical experience in both treatment and comprehensive assessments

— Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations preferred

— Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision

— Bilingual Spanish/English required — must be able to conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and communicate with families in both languages

Role Responsibilities

• Assessment and Diagnosis:
  Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.

• Individualized Therapy:
  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each child and adult.

• Collaboration:
  Partner with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Advocacy:
  Promote awareness and understanding of communication disorders within the community.
