Speech-Language Pathologist / SLPA

Pacific Pathways Speech Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist and Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our Rancho Mirage clinic!

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from an accredited program

  2. 2+ years of clinical experience in both treatment and comprehensive assessments

  3. Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations preferred

  4. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision

Role Responsibilities

  1. Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.

  2. Individualized Therapy: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each child and adult.

  3. Collaboration: Partner with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

  4. Advocacy:
    Promote awareness and understanding of communication disorders within the community.
